The practice manager, Ms Lee Dolan, is responsible for the running of the non-clinical side of the practice and is happy to help with any queries about administration or non-medical aspects of the practice. Should you have a comment, suggestion or complaint about the practice please address it to Lee Dolan. The practice actively welcomes both positive and negative feedback from patients and their carers about the services offered.
If you wish to discuss any problems or concerns with a member of the Primary Care Trust, NHS Richmond, please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS will provide advice and support to patients, their families and carers. You can contact PALS on 020 8973 3000 or in writing to PALS, Richmond NHS, Thames House, 180 High Street, Teddington, TW11 8HU.
The in-house complaints procedure is managed by the practice manager and all official complaints should be put in writing for the attention of Lee Dolan. If you would prefer to make a complaint without going through the practice manager please contact the PALS team (details above).
Patient Reference Group
To have your say why not join Queens Medical Centre’s Patient Reference Group (PRG)? We realise that people are generally very busy and may not have time to come to meetings. Therefore, our PRG is a ‘virtual group’ with whom we can consult from time-to-time. Your inputs and thoughts are very important to us and will help us to deliver the services that you require.
The PRG is a forum where patients can give their views about how the Practice is doing. By providing your email details we can add them to the contact list so that we can email you every now and then to ask your opinion as to how we are doing. If you don’t have an email address you can still get involved. The only stipulation is that you are a patient at Queens Medical Centre or care for someone who is registered with us. To have your say please ask the Reception Team for a contact form.
