Queens Medical Centre was established in 1996 by Dr J Emery Cooper. On 1st April 2014 Dr Cooper retired from the NHS and Queens Medical Centre merged with The Pagoda Surgery. The new Partners, led by Dr Frances Bates, will continue to provide a comprehensive range of NHS services to the communities of Richmond, Ham and Petersham. Details of the practice’s catchment area are available from the reception desk. The practice is approved for family planning, maternity care, minor surgery and child health surveillance.

We run a full appointment system. The surgery is open from 08.30-13.00 and 14.30-18.00 Monday to Friday. Our GPs consult as follows:

The practice nurse runs dedicated clinics between 09.00-12.00 Monday to Friday and between 14.30-18.00 Tuesday and Thursday. Sister Raubo sees patients by appointment and can offer a daily triage assessment for patients Monday to Friday mornings. All clinics are strictly by appointment only. Our administrative office is closed between 13.00-14.30 daily.

There is disabled access into the practice with all clinical rooms (other than the counselling suite) being located on the ground floor. The disabled WC is also located on the ground floor.
Prams and pushchairs should be left outside of the practice in the ‘Pram Store’ located at the practice entrance.
There is ample free parking opposite the practice. Please do not park directly outside the practice or in the driveway.
